What is the delivery lead time?

At point of purchase you will be notified of product availability, if it is in stock we aim to deliver your purchase within 2-7 business days, this will be confirmed in your Order Acknowledgment which you shall receive by email within 24 hours of purchase.

Do you offer free delivery?

Free standard delivery is available to all UK Mainland addresses for orders over £200.00.

Can I modify an existing order?

Yes, please contact the customer service team. Please note, once your order has been picked or shipped, we can no longer make changes.

Can I collect an order from you?

All orders can be collected from our Pocklington showroom. Once you have made your purchase please contact us to inform us you wish to collect, we will then inform you when your goods arrive in to our warehouse. Once you have been notified your product is ready, collection must then be made within 14 days.

Do you unload or place my items in the room?

Currently we only offer a curb side delivery, our delivery drivers will not enter your home.

Something is missing from my order…

If something is missing from your order please notify us within 24 hours by emailing [email protected] and a member of the team will look in to it and contact you.

Do you offer an installation service?

Installation for all our products is available, however currently this is only offered in the York & Hull area and is subject to a minimal order value. Please contact us for more information.

If I am not home when the delivery arrives, what happens?

We will notify you of the day of delivery, it is your responsibility to ensure you are able to receive the delivery. If delivery is failed a redelivery charge may apply.

Is there anybody I can speak to for advice or about your products before I order?

Can I track my order?

We work closely with our third-party couriers to ensure you’re able to get the best service possible. Since our re-developed website, online order tracking has changed. We will now inform you via email or via your “My Account” page with information of when your order will arrive. If you have a query about your order, please contact us.
